The Curtin Indigenous Partnerships Recommendation Award is part of Curtin’s strategy to encourage and support Indigenous Australian students at Curtin.

Eligibility for Curtin Indigenous Partnerships Recommendation Award 2021:

Nominees must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible for the Curtin Indigenous Partnerships Recommendation Award:

  • Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent
  • Apply to study at Curtin in 2021
  • Completing year 12 in 2020
  • Be involved in a partner program (Future Footprints, Follow the Dream or AIME)

Value of Curtin Indigenous Partnerships Recommendation Award 2021:

The Curtin Indigenous Partnerships Recommendation Award will provide the following support for up to a maximum of one year (based on a full-time study load of at least 75 credits per semester):

  • Total value of AUD 2,000 paid as a cash stipend of AUD 1,000 per semester. The amount can be used at the student's discretion to contribute towards educational related expenses.

This scholarship is deferrable for up to one year.
